If you are classed as a carer, we hold a lot of useful information in our carers pack which can be found at Reception.
We also have Carer links Representatives Kathy Smith & Jean Woods, who would be happy to offer you any help and advice they can. Just phone the main surgery number and ask to speak to the Carer Link Team Member, if they are not available please leave your details and they will call you back.
